Following the tradition of the classic Argentine empanada, we prepare our Angus brisket by tenderizing it with patience and then hand-cutting it into cubes. We develop a white onion sofrito with our own blend of native spices and the cooking broth, letting everything simmer together for a couple of hours. We finish the filling with hard-boiled egg and fresh, hand-chopped chives. It is a delicious, hearty recipe with the taste of the authentic.
