We have tried to replicate one of the classic Thai recipes in this muns. We kept the spice level low so that more people can enjoy it. To create this creamy delight, we first bake the chicken breasts and use everything that the cooking provides: both the golden meat and its concentrated juices. We sauté white onions and add our curry sauce, which contains coconut milk, original green curry paste, and a blend of spices and aromatic herbs that complete this delicacy. While still on the heat, we incorporate the baked chicken cubes so they soak up all the flavors. We let it simmer until the liquid transforms into a creamy consistency.
