Tomato Basil Mozzarella

Every morning we receive fresh tomatoes and basil to prepare them artisanally in our kitchen. We dice the tomatoes and hand-pick the basil leaves to create a smooth pesto with extra virgin olive oil. We mix it all with Italian mozzarella, a pinch of sea salt, and freshly ground pepper. The result is a light and vibrant empanada, where the freshness of the garden is felt naturally and honestly in every bite.
