We have managed to capture the essence and flavor of the sea in a totally plant-based version that surprises from the first bite. The base is our traditional sofrito, cooked with patience and care to obtain that classic silkiness. We use a plant-based tuna with excellent texture that integrates perfectly into the stew. All of this is wrapped in an innovative wakame seaweed dough, providing a unique, honest, and surprising marine touch.
