Our spicy version of the classic beef empanada respects the raw ingredients and tradition. We use hand-cut Angus brisket and a slowly cooked white onion sofrito. Its character comes from our own grind of smoked chilies, such as chipotle and morita, which provide a deep but balanced heat. With hard-boiled egg and fresh chives, we achieve an empanada with strength, smoky flavor, and an irresistible juicy texture.
