Setas Camembert

In this empanada, we work with different types of mushrooms in various formats, because the idea is for you to find different flavors, textures, and sensations. You will find: black trumpet, shiitake, porcini, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, and button mushrooms. That’s why the cream of whipped cream and melted camembert we prepare over the fire is meant to support and unify all these mushrooms, aside from the character that this cheese brings and how well it pairs with the mushrooms. To add contrast and a bit of color, we use finely chopped chives. And, as always, our freshly ground spice mix.
