Cinnamon Apple
This recipe is directly inspired by Austrian Strudel recipes. For it, we use green, tart, crunchy, and juicy apples. On the production day, we receive the apples, wash them, peel them, core them, and finally cut them into small cubes. In a base of butter and over high heat, we sauté them with brown cane sugar and our spice blend. Once we achieve the caramelization of the apples, we turn off the heat, let it cool, and add sultana raisins to the mixture.
